Coach SassyFit (Chiquita Nicole) is a certified health and nutrition coach, speaker, and founder of Team SassyFitness LLC, a coaching brand dedicated to helping women lose fat, gain energy, and create sustainable, balanced lifestyles.
With over 7 years of experience, Coach SassyFit specializes in behavior change—not just workouts. She helps busy, overwhelmed women break free from burnout, inconsistency, and all-or-nothing thinking by building simple, realistic habits that actually fit their lives.
Her approach goes beyond the gym. Through customized fitness programs, practical nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, she empowers women to regain control of their health, increase their energy, and feel strong and confident again—without extreme dieting or overcomplicated routines.
